Great Recipes for Cinco De Mayo
Happy 5th of May from my cottage to yours. Are you looking for some great ideas to celebrate the holiday.
We like to keep it simple but yummy.
How about trying a few different things on your menu for the month of May?
My taco casserole is always a winner at any time and it's so easy to make.

Chipotle Nachos are always a favorite in this house.

You can't go wrong with my chicken and mushroom enchiladas with sour cream sauce.

My pan fried fajita soft tacos are the best.

The possibilities are endless. We have many errands to run today in the city including picking up one of our cars that is having car trouble....ugh.....so for us we will be eating tacos when we get home.

Gotta stay in to make up for the large repair bill.
I am going to make tacos. My hubby's favorite.

What are you going to do?
Happy Cinco De Mayo,
Valerie
