Tomato, Onion, and Pepper Salad
One of my favorite things about Spring, besides the flowers, is all the fresh produce.
I wanted to pop in and share one of my favorite springtime salads with you. It's so easy to make.
1 small white onion
1 medium tomato
1 green bell pepper
1/2 tsp. of Celtic Sea Salt
1/4 of 1 lemon for juice
Slice the tomato, onion, and pepper into small bite size pieces and throw in a bowl. Sprinkle the sea salt and squeeze the lemon juice all over it and mix. Now the best way is to cover it and let it sit in the fridge overnight for all the flavors to mesh. If you really don't wanna wait go ahead and serve it.

So make sure to check back in to see the reveal. I am even painting the door to the bedroom with chalk board paint.
