5 Super Cute Outdoor Ideas for Spring

I can't think of a year that I've been more excited about Spring than this year. It must be because of taking care of all the sick people that I took care of this year.
Spring is a sign of new blooms and new beginnings. For me Spring means hope The season is full of color and of course my favorite foods and my favorite holiday....Easter.
I have more than a few things I 'd like to add around the farm this Spring to really add some curb appeal and make it feel more like our home instead of construction projects and barnyards.

I'm absolutely in love with this address sign. Talk about a wow factor. It would perfect when you drive through our 2nd set of gates.

With all of the entertaining we do during the season this beverage stand would be adorable. The only thing I worry about is that our 2 big dogs might knock it over.

This ideas my friends is pure genius and will save you a fortune on hanging baskets. Just sow some Morning Glory seeds in a hanging pot and keep them watered and you will get this lush display for next to nothing.

I've been wanting to do an outdoor lemonade stand for the kids to play at during Summer. They don't tend to play on the Little Tikes stuff anymore so most of them have been moved to the goat pen. This lemonade stand would keep them entertained for hours.

Years ago I was at a party at a friend's house and she had painted a sign like this and each piece was painted with the name of a place that she had vacationed. Every year I say I'm going to do it and this is the year.
It's a great conversation piece for outdoor bbq's too because people love to talk about where they've been and where they want to go.
Most of these projects can be made for next to nothing with scrap wood. The screws are the most expensive part and I have some leftover paint I can use.
What do you think which one do you like best? Would you use any around your home?
I'd love to hear.

Love the Morning Glory idea. I have some started...planted about 1 week ago. I can't wait for them to do more growing. I too, am so excited about growing things this year. My first in 3 years as I have been grounded with my back and very unsuccessful surgeries. Thanks again I am also getting addicted to Pinterest. ...I don't know why I didn't start sooner!! And than you for all the great ideas.
ReplyDeleteOh, my! I adore that morning glory idea! We are digging out from another winter storm here in northeast Nebraska, so Spring can't come soon enough! I am definitely going to start some morning glory seeds inside in a few short weeks, in a hanging pot, of course! ;)
