Simply Delightful Roasted Carrots

I just had to share with you the most delicious and sweet side dish I made for dinner last night. It was a hit with everyone and it's a veggie so that's HUGE.

The carrots were so filling and it was almost like eating a dessert not a side dish.

All you need is 1 Bag of Baby Carrots, 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (First Cold-Pressed) and a sprinkle of Celtic Sea Salt and 1 tsp. of Parsley Flakes.

Toss it all together on a baking sheet or in a pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

They are that simple and so worth it.

I'm working so hard to revamp the way we eat. These carrots made the cut.

Don't forget to eat healthy,

Valerie

  4. I LOVE roasted carrots! I like to broil baby carrots with a little orange marmalade sometimes. Carrots are the easiest vegetable to get my family to eat. I wish they were easier to grow! LOL
