8 Darling Ideas to Ring In The New Year

              All that glitters is gold. Especially on New Year's Eve.

Whether you are staying home with you family, throwing an adult party or attending a shin-dig these ideas are a sure fire way to start off the New Year in style and make sure it remains in peoples memories for a long time.




Glitter Dipped Fortune Cookies 
Buy the pre-made ones and dip away. You can find the glitter at the Bakery supply store.

"Happy New Year’s Eve: Best Last-Minute Potluck Recipes" -- "Golden Oreos ... Just buy edible gold spray paint (which they have at craft stores like Michael's or in some of the cake decorating aisles at the grocery store) , a box of Oreos, and you're set.":



                          Edible Gold Sprayed Oreos look divine.
                         You will probably have to go to a cake decorators supply to find the stuff.

                                               I just love champagne and use it in everything.

These champagne bottles covered in glitter have been around for years. My grandma even used to make them. I think Gleam It Up did the tutorial but I can't find their site anymore.                              Spray adhesive from the hardware store and glitter from the craft section

 I saved my favorite for last. Sparkling high heels. 

Back when I used to perform we did this to our shoes. It's the same concept as putting the glitter on the champagne bottles. We used to coat with hairspray to hold it on too.

  8. I don't have anything planned for New Year. I think I may make the Champagne glitter bottles. I made them for an event a couple of years ago and they were a huge hit.
