Things are getting <b><i>colder</i></b> earlier and earlier since Mother Nature seems to be on crack so many of us are stuck inside weeks ahead of Winter.  I find myself wanting to make foods that will fill my family's belly's and keep them warm.  My hubby's favorite breakfast always includes <b>Fried Potatoes.  </b><br>

Now when you live in the country <b>every</b> cafe, school, and social gathering seems to include everyone's own twist on <b>Fried Potatoes</b> but many of them are left with the potatoes being over cooked on the outside and not done on the inside. Not wanting to risk my hubby's potential hmmm review of my fried potatoes I usually see on his face when we eat them out, I have my own way of mastering cooking them and I'm going to share it with you.<br>

It was in a large trash bag with a heating pad and who knows what else I won't get too until late next week after I finish painting. I want to share with you some of what I have started working on between waiting on temps to come up to paint. Our heat isn't hooked up yet and we are expecting the arctic freeze tomorrow. Doesn't look like it's going to happen for the next few days. </span><br>
