A Place to Store Doggie Blankets

Every Tuesday I'm going to start a new series for 12 weeks in my attempt to organize my home.

It's called Don't Overthink It Tuesdays.

The other day I went browsing at Goodwill in my attempt to find some new treasures to fill back up our home.

I came across this adorable little basket, much like my old one and into the cart it went.

Knowing full well when I bought it that there was NO way on earth it would fit in any cabinet I have I intentionally knew I would use it out where everyone who enters my home could see.

So here comes the doggie blankets...

These little puppies I found on clearance a few weeks ago and they've patiently been hibernating under my kitchen table waiting for a place to call home.

See the munchkins are a tad bit SPOILED around here and they have several blankets.

When one's in the wash I just pull out the next one.

So...Voila

Simple, sweet, cute, affordable and functional.

Don't overthink it!

We're buried under snow for the 2nd time this season. Yippeee.... Mr.Wade's Birthday was yesterday and since I took him to dinner I didn't make him any treats... so next up are my Easy Valentine's Sugar Cookies.

Hugs,

Valerie

  4. What a cute basket! I like the idea of storing doggy blankets there. I don't have a doggy though, we just have two cats. So I'd probably put all their toys there.
